How will I benefit from practising Yoga?

For everybody yoga will be a unique experience, in addition there are many common benefits that result from practising regularly. They include:

What should I wear?
Non-restrictive clothing that makes you feel comfortable. Please note that Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Do I need any specific equipment?
No, all equipment is supplied - Comfortable mats, blankets, bolsters and eye bags.
Should I eat before my Yoga Class?
It is best not to have eaten a heavy meal within 3 hours prior to class. A light snack 1 hour before is fine. You will feel much better if you follow these guidelines.
